John Lennon... During the last years of his life, John Lennon (together with Yoko Ono) employed a man named Frederic Seaman. In pages 58 and 59 of the book he wrote, 'John Lennon: Living On Borrowed Time,' Fred Seaman has provided some significant information documenting John Lennon's views about Alien encounters, UFOs, and his own 1974 sighting.

Fred Seaman describes a morning when he found John and his son Julian sitting at the breakfast table - John was reading aloud from an article in the National Enquirer about a woman's encounter with aliens, during the course of which they had extracted an object through her nose, which it was implied had been implanted there in childhood.

The book reveals that John Lennon was convinced that many people had had some sort of previous contact with aliens during early childhood, but had been hypnotised into forgetting it. He speculated about having had such an encounter as a child saying:

"That would explain why I've always seen things so differently."

John Lennon, Frederic Seaman has revealed, suspected that there was a "high-level conspiracy" to cover up sightings of genuine UFOs and alien encounters.

Mass acceptance of UFOs, John Lennon felt, would profoundly affect our attitude to every aspect of life as we know it. Such knowledge would give people an awareness of larger considerations than their own petty little lives, and they would be likely to make radical changes, which would eventually lead to a political revolution in the whole society...
