'UFOs: A Pictorial History from Antiquity to the Present' by David C.Knight.
To the right of it, as presented on page 101, is this explanatory text -

'A UFO can be seen in the upper left hand corner of this photo taken near the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on April 21, 1960. It was observed both by civilians and naval personnel. Project Blue Book officially lists it as a "reflection."'
